Dr. Charles Ramendran SPR Subramaniam is the Assistant Professor from Department of Business under the Faculty of Business & Finance, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia. He received both his Master of Human Resource Management and Bachelor of Social Work Management (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He has obtained his PhD from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in Human Resource Management. He has also obtained his Train the Trainer certificate awarded by Human Resource Development Fund (Ministry of Human Resource, Malaysia) and engaging in training people on conflict management, occupational safety and industrial relations & employment law.
